Meet the Woodland Hills Team Behind Mason Remodeling Co Woodland Hills
When you hire Mason Remodeling Co Woodland Hills, you’re not getting a rotating cast of strangers in your home. You’re getting a small, consistent crew that knows this valley, knows the age of its housing stock, and knows each other’s work well enough to catch a detail before it becomes a problem. We’ve built this team slowly since 2004, and we keep it deliberately small. Every person below has passed background checks, carries a photo ID badge, and arrives in a clean, marked uniform. You’ll know their name and see their face before they ever walk through your door.

Our People

Isaac Pruett, Owner and Lead Project Manager
Isaac founded this location in 2004 and still walks every job site himself. He’s the one who writes your initial estimate, and he’s also the one who catches a subfloor issue that a lesser crew would quietly ignore and tile over. Isaac came up doing full-home remodels in the San Fernando Valley and has a particular interest in water management in bathrooms, a detail that matters more here than most contractors admit, given how hard our water runs and how often older Woodland Hills homes have original cast iron drain lines. He answers his phone, returns calls, and has no interest in overselling anything. If a job doesn’t need the premium option, he’ll tell you that and explain why the mid-range product does the same thing for this application. He lives in the area with his family and two dogs that have never been allowed on a job site, a rule he enforces with unusual seriousness.
Marcus T., Senior Installer and Tile Specialist
Marcus has worked alongside Isaac for nine years, and he’s the crew member homeowners ask for by name once they’ve had him in their home once. He handles most of the tile, waterproofing, and shower base work for our bathroom remodels, and he’s the one who’ll install a Schluter strip, the metal trim that seals the edge where tile meets flooring, so the transition is clean instead of amateur-looking. Marcus is certified in Schluter systems installation and has an almost irritating attention to lippage, which means he will not let a tile sit proud of its neighbor by a millimeter. Off the clock, he restores mid-century furniture, which explains why he notices drawer glide hardware and hinge alignment in ways most installers don’t.
Elena R., Service Coordinator and Client Contact
Elena is the first voice you’ll hear when you call, and she keeps the whole operation from turning into a pile of missed follow-ups and vague scheduling. She’s been with Mason Remodeling Co Woodland Hills for six years and knows every active project, every permit status, and every homeowner’s preferred communication method, whether that’s text, email, or an actual phone call. Elena handles material ordering across our specification-grade partners, including Kohler, Moen, Cambria, and KraftMaid, which means when a faucet arrives with a blemish, she’s already filed the return and ordered the replacement before the crew notices. She also prepares the team introduction packet you’ll receive before your project starts, including names, photos, and scheduled visit dates for everyone who will enter your home.
Danny F., Apprentice and Demo Lead
Danny joined the crew two years ago as an apprentice and has since earned his place as the lead on demolition and haul-away, the part of the job most people dread but he genuinely enjoys. He’s careful about sealing off work zones with dust barriers, and he’ll walk you through what’s happening behind a wall before he opens it, especially in older Woodland Hills homes where surprise wiring or a forgotten junction box is a real possibility. Danny completed his OSHA 10 safety certification in 2024 and is working toward his journeyman’s license. He grew up in the west valley and has an encyclopedic knowledge of which streets still have original 1950s plumbing, which saves us time and saves you money on the estimate.
One Standard, Every Job
Every location in the Mason Remodeling network operates under The Threshold Standard, and our Woodland Hills crew follows it without exception. Before any visit, you receive the technician’s name and photo. At the door, they show a photo ID badge and introduce themselves by name. They wear clean, marked uniforms, and they treat your home like a work site, not a crash pad. We put a written price in your hands before any work starts, and that price doesn’t move unless you change the scope yourself. Every project carries a written guarantee stating exactly what’s covered and for how long: 365 days from the completion date. If something is not right within that year, we fix it at no cost. That’s not a policy we promote and then quietly waive. It’s the standard Isaac built this location on in 2004, and it’s the reason our team members have stuck around long enough to know each other’s work by sight.
